Artist Spotlight: Part Sixty-Three

Since you've met Teresa here before, several times, (yes, each word is a separate link to another of my blog posts about her) I decided to focus this time on just one aspect of her Handmade Artists Shop, her earrings.  She's got a great eye, a delicate style, and such pretty items!

I think it's interesting that while you can definitely see these were made by the same hand, you could own every single pair of earrings here and still not feel like you were repeating yourself or making boring choices.  Each bead and metal chosen, each instance of wire wrapping is so unique that each is definitely an individual piece.

Check out the shop for more, plus necklaces, bracelets, and even wooden shaving sets.

Artist Spotlight: Part Fifty-Four

You've met her before, more than once, in fact, but she's definitely worth another look, so this week I'm updating you on the adventures of Theresa Rusk of TRusk4U!

While she's still got an Etsy shop, she's focusing more these days on her Handmade Artists shop.  Find out about the move and more at her blog.  On the other hand, if you want to read about her real live brick and mortar storefront, you can check out her other blog, on which she features the artists who provide the wares in her North Carolina shop.

In the meantime, check out some of her new items...

Artist Spotlight: Part Forty-Four

You've met this chick before, Teresa Rusk of TRusk4U!  In addition to her online store, she's still got her brick and mortar store, in North Carolina.  And you can keep up with her on her blog.

So what's new with her?

Well, my favorite is this necklace made from a wire wrapped foreign coin.  If you have coins left over from a vacation and want a great souvenir of your trip, she'll custom make one of these for you!

Other than that, she's still making her gorgeous pieces, like these.

Be sure to check her out!

Artist Spotlight: Part Twenty-Seven

The featured artist this week is one you've meet before here, Teresa Rusk of T.Rusk4u.

Not only does she still make phenomenal jewelry and bags, but holy crow, has she been busy since March!

She already had an Etsy shop, which she's updated with many new items like these.

She closed her Winkelf shop and replaced it with a Handmade Artists shop, which she has loaded with terrific pieces like these.

Besides that, she's opening her own brick and mortar shop in Mebane, NC!  It'll be called Hollyhocks, LLC, and will carry her jewelry and bags for in-person purchase if you're in the area.  The target date for opening is August 1, so she's been painting and building to get it ready to hold her wares.

I wish her all the success in the world!  To keep up with the store formation, and to read more about Teresa and her work, be sure to check out her blog.
