Artist Spotlight: Part Forty-Two and Forty-Three

This time, I bring you two artists you haven't seen here before.

The first is Designs by Shauna.  A working mom of two, she actually took up jewelry making fairly recently, but you can already see the talent!

Being in Ohio, she's a big Buckeyes fan and makes lots of color-themed jewelry for those who root for the team.  You can look for that in her Etsy shop.  Here, I'll show you some of her other nifty stuff, like these earrings.

That pair on the left is part of her bridal line, as is these necklaces.

I love her more colorful stuff, too!

And if you're not in the market for neck, ear, or wrist jewelry, how about some adornments for your head?

Or your shoes?

For more information plus giveaways of her awesome wares, check out her blog!

And the second artist is polymer clay artist Karina, of Kabi Designs.

This is some serious talent here, but she's had a bit of practice since she discovered polymer clay just over five years ago and practices daily!

As you may be able to tell from the variety of things I'm showing you here, she loves experimenting and creating just about everything, like sculptures and stitch markers, but her favorite is jewelry.

With jewelry, she can use many different techniques.  Check out this pendant, for instance, which is a fairly traditional use of the clay.

And then there's this one, which is wire wrapped and doesn't even look like clay at all!

She'll also enhance her clay jewelry with other things, like Swarovski crystals.

And check out this reversible pendant.

Her pieces are just such a range of the pretty, the fabulous, and the interesting!

I think that makes her pretty fabulous and interesting!
